Tap is an interactive short-video platform operated by Noisy Swan LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account Information: When you create a Tap account we collect a username, email address, and password. Emails and passwords are never public.
User-Generated Content: Videos, thumbnails, captions, comments, and other content you upload are public by default and may be viewed by anyone using Tap.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with Tap, such as the videos you watch, the taps or swipes you make, your device type, and your IP address.
Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure site performance.

All videos and profile elements you choose to publish are publicly visible.
Your email address and password are private and are never displayed or shared publicly. Passwords are stored in encrypted form.

• With cloud-hosting and analytics partners who process information on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
• With law enforcement or regulators when legally required or to protect Tap’s rights or the safety of users.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep your account information as long as your account is active. You may delete your videos or close your account at any time, after which we will remove or anonymize associated data except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
• You can update or delete your videos, profile details, and account through the in-app settings.
• You may request access to or correction of your personal data by contacting us.
• You can opt out of non-essential email communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages.
Tap is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you via the app or by email. Your continued use of Tap after the changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
